To provide learners with a fundamental understanding of UAS, including their key components and systems, together with the knowledge and skills to perform inspections, identify and troubleshoot defects, and carry out scheduled maintenance tasks required to keep a UAS in a safe and airworthy condition in accordance with the operator’s approved maintenance programme and manufacturer instructions. Completion of this course will allow you to apply for a UASMT Authorisation from the SACAA as per SA-CAR 101.06.3.
